Providing affirming, supportive psychotherapy for adults and adolescents.

Therapeutic Approach

Beth Gladstone, LCSW, Addressing stress related to gender or sexual identities. Parenting LGBTQ+ Youth.

Hi, I’m Beth (she/her). As a psychotherapist, I strive to create a safe and affirming environment to support my clients in their journey towards emotional growth and healing. Together, we will explore past experiences and relationships, as well as complex feelings, such as fear, shame and guilt. We will strive to gain insight and better understand the lens through which you see the world. We will identify patterns and behaviors hindering your growth and build upon existing strengths to move towards long term change.

I practice from an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from psychodynamic and relational theories, as well as goal-oriented, solutions-focused interventions. I believe that building trust is the essential core of vulnerability in the therapeutic process, and do so through fostering warmth, compassion, non-judgement and curiosity.

I feel proud to have grown my practice with a focus on serving the LGBTQIA+ community, of which I am a part of. Additionally, I have specialized training and experience working with adolescents, college students, couples, and Autistic Women. I am passionate about providing support related to LGBTQIA+ family planning, as well as experiences of infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
